Pool Party

Our pool parties include a maximum of two hours in the facility (one hour in the pool and one hour in the party room).  Price includes guests up to 20, additional guests are $5 per person.  Pool parties include the rental of the pool and room, a certified lifeguard and a YWCA staff member on the premises.  We offer several rental options to meet your needs.

Turner Street Location (indoor pool):

During business hours on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Members:  $150; Non-members:  $175

After business hours – Available Monday-Friday from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., Saturday from 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., or Sunday from 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

Members:  $250; Non-members:  $275

James Street Location (outdoor pool-only available May-August):

After business hours – Available Monday-Friday from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. or Saturday-Sunday from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Members:  $250; Non-members:  $275


Room Rental

Our room rentals include the use of one room in the facility, access to the kitchen (James St. location only), tables and chairs.  Room rentals are priced as a two hour minimum.  Additional hours may be purchased for $50 per hour.  We offer room rentals at both of our locations.

Turner Street Location:

Available Monday-Friday from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., Saturday from 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. or Sunday from 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

Members:  $225; Non-members:  $250

James Street Location:

Available Monday-Friday from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday from 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

Members:  $125; Non-members:  $150


Reservation Details

Deposits and Refunds:

A deposit of $50 must be made with a signed agreement to reserve any rental or party date and time.  The balance must be paid at least three business days prior to the rental date.  Rentals are subject to availability, the YWCA programs will take priority.  If the balance is not paid by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Decorations and Refreshments:

You are allowed to decorate the party area as desired, and you are responsible for taking down all decorations.  No glitter, confetti, fog machines or loose decorations may be used anywhere in the facility.  Any refreshments are welcome, there is a refrigerator located at the James Street location.  You are welcome to have catering or delivery brought to the YWCA.  The tables, chairs, and reasonable trash is included in the price of the rental.  Excess trash, damaged equipment or abandoned decorations/food may incur a damage fee.

Tables and Chairs:

Tables and chairs will be provided by the YWCA as needed for each party in relation to size and need.  The YWCA will provide up to 40 chairs and 3 rectangular tables.  You may also bring additional tables and chairs.

Day of Party Check-in & Check-out:

You may decorate the areas rented 30 minutes before your party begins.  The renter is responsible for the cleaning of the party area used including removal of decorations, food, refreshments, and any other item brought into the rental area.  The renter must accompany the party at all times.  One adult supervisor (21 or older) for each group of 10 children under the age of 18 years is to be provided by the renters.  All party participants must clear the party rental areas within 15 minutes of the end of the rental time.  $25 for each 15 minutes over time will be paid upon check-out.
